I need to gain at least 5 pounds. Preferably in the boobie area (no silicon). Swap considered.
Even if you lose weight, you need to exercise or else your skin sags, worse than being a bit hefty, IMO. I was always partial to the thigh master machine and small weights at the gym, but I much prefer swimming in the ocean. I refuse to get in a chlorinated pool here, and everyone always seems to get athlete's foot or some other manky skin disease.
