End the war in Iraq and save $270 million per day. About $600 billion of US taxpayers' funds have been spent on the war. President Bush has requested another $200 billion for 2008, which would bring the cumulative total to close to $800 billion. All this dough would go a long way to funding his health program. No need to raise taxes!
