I fancy a beer but I won't, I'll have a Vimto instead.
Only I can't because I have never seen Vimto, or Ribena or Robinsons orange squash, lemon barley water or lime cordial.
Or suet for dumplings.
Or Weetabix.

"I'm an outsider by choice, but not truly. It's the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out. I'd rather be in, in a good system. That's where my discontent comes from: being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin' straight ahead. Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."
George Carlin

Weetabix you will find in Villa.
Robinson's range of drinks i can find in Hua Hin but not in Bangkok
You can get Robinsons squash in TOPS in Phuket
Ooooops and WEETABIX too
^
you can get squash and weeties in Rimping chiang mai.
never looked for suet so I don't know.
I have several boxes of weetabix in my cupboard.
I think it's amazing that a list of things we can't buy is very very small.
Ribena at Villa, and in case you have short-term memory loss or missed the previous posts you'll find Weetabix there too.

Fresh lime juice squeezed into soda with ice is a great for beer cravings. Better than that cordial shite which has more sugar in it than beer.

Only if you drink it undiluted.Originally Posted by Wayne Kerr

There is/was a pub in Wolverhampton that was frequented by the West Indian community.
Made you feel quite queasy watching them downing pints of Guinness and Vimto shandy.
Black with a violent pink froth !!!
