Really? Does America not control vehicle exhaust omissions? Are there not controls over what you may or may not burn in your yard for fear of polluting the atmosphere? Are there not controls over what you may erect on your land for fear that it may not look pretty? You are happy with not being allowed to smoke up Arkansas, or not making the neighbourhood unsightly, but you want to give psychopaths the right to own a gun.
Seens logical until it is your kid that gets shot for a laugh.
You are sounding stupid again, Psycopaths are not allowed to own a gun in the USA, There are all number of reasons that prevent people from legally owning guns, Quote:

You sound like one of these guys who wants the right to get a gun out whenever he is losing an argument.

Yes. I come from the UK where the suggestions I have made are in place and the country is a much safer place to live. The regular cops don't need to carry guns and the per capita murder rate is 10% of America's.

But you keep making noises likle that and someone will cover you up. |
Who is talking terror? I am referring to everyday murder, most of which is committed by people who know each other and with small arms, not with powder kegs and rockets, but in a country where any nutter is allowed to own an RPG I can see how nobody would consider it unusual for the neighbours to own the odd rocket or two.
As far as terrorism is concerned I fail to see how having the right to bear arms would have prevented 9/11.[/quote]
As you might have noticed, the right to keep and bear arms did not stop 9/11, the right to keep and bear arms is one of the freedoms that the American people have held for themselves whether it has anything to do with protecting world freedom or not is a moot point, There were no firearms involved in 9/11, I heard that there were a few small box cutter knives but no firearms, so you are sounding like a fool again. No one in the USA is allowed to legally own an RPG, nor a full autofire weapon, there are special licenses for collectors to hold such weapons, you seem to actually know very little about what you are trying to seem expert on tho.
