| I can see how that would be the case where you have to distinguish between legal andf illegal, but where there are no legal arms even the LAPD should be able to figure out that the people carrying arms must be carrying them illegally. Either that or the cops could just round up all the black people on a regular basis and search them. I mean, they aren't going to round up white people.... |
