    Great bikes.

Drop a tooth of the front and put a couple on the back and it changes the whole bike.

It's not your riding that concerns me. It's the idiots that you share the road with.

Likewise I've been on bikes my whole life. I'd never even had an accident before I came to Thailand. In the space of 6mths I had two.

    Yea, aquired taste,
Any way my old ozzie mate Mr Corvette has arranged to send me a Ignition sensor so with a bit of luck the triple speeds glorious howl should be heard through the villages of Issarn, causing all the local virgins to start frothing at the pussy and drop their pants in anticiptation.
    The old cvnts in town.

Spin what sort of exhaust does it have?

A titanium with a carbon can. Can you take a photo of the other side?

What year is it? I had one in the same colour. Went up KK way in the end. Drop a cog off the front and stick a couple on the back.

It has a babyface japanese carbon can and titanium pipe, Rigger told me that you had one the same and maybe it is the same bike?

Nah it's got the original grips on it and I had a Geffen can or some sort of mythical creature. As far as I remember my can had a pointy picture badge on it.

If it's a '99 it will have analogue dash, '00 and above were digital.

get rid of those fucking nast grips and buy some fat pro-grips - about 400B or so for genuine ones makes riding it a lot nicer

It has the analogue dash, but i thought the digi dash was a 2001 thing? according to these guys the digital dash was introduced in 2001.....Model Information

As with all honda's there is a letter in the VIN marking that tells the age of a bike. V=97, W=98, X=99, Y=00, 1=2001

    Its deffo a 2000

I'm off to Bangkok at the weekend to buy a few parts new chain and grips etcm any suggestions for good shops?

Seriously depressed this week, its fookin pissed down every day and i cannot get out and ride

Red Baron is easy to get to and has a good choice but pricey.

Couple of shops on RCA - if they are still open or haven't been shut down or cheated out of ownership again.

Research HID setups. They are dirt cheap and will make your life a lot brighter. You can buy them in Thailand now easily. H7 bulbs setup I think. Twin HID's you can blind every somchai for kilometers down the road.

If you are dropping the front cog I think it's the VFR Vetec cog that fits on direct from Honda with rubber bushings.
