Anyone else envisage Flouncy holding up a spirit level to his computer monitor to see if it was his pic that had a straight horizon.

From someone who has posted more than anyone else on this thread but has yet to post a pic
I've dropped of one of those new bubble less spirit levels in your front porch to help you out.
That plank of 2 x3, it doubles as something else, try not to get splinters in your arse.
to take pride in ones work is no crime.Anyone else envisage Flouncy holding up a spirit level to his computer monitor to see if it was his pic that had a straight horizon.
you spend a lot of time perfecting your cooking dont you?
To be fair to Lulu she does cook up a treat with her microwave/hob combi.
Sorry, no photoshop or editing just a Samsung S5. I think I've the right genre this time, spirits. They were even plumb as I tipped the glass. Go figure, fish got lucky I guess.
beautiful Fish
Thanks Thaiza, I haven't been called beautiful since I was a small fry. Oh, silly me. You meant the photo. Yes, nothing like a cool sweaty Beer Lao by the riverside on warm and peaceful night as the sun sets over the distant horizon.
A perfect time for reflecting on all that was done in one short day once in a lifetime.
Peace out.....the fish.
Chitty's shot is a belter - but this... this is fucking perfection.
I'm assuming that's the Mekhong?
I'm gonna chuck this panoramic in from my salvaged salt water beatin iPhone
Yes it is the Mekong. I was just taking a break having a sunsetter at the bench by the riverside. I had my phone in my pocket when I thought this would make a great shot as it has multiple interesting elements.
A. The condensate on the glass and the amber hue shining through the beer Lao that gives a suggestion of warmth in the air and coolness of the Lager. It wispers tranquil refreshment as.
B. The colors of the sun refracting through the clouds has an aura all its own that draws your eyes away from the cool glass of lager in the foreground.
C. The calmness of flat water reflecting the contours of the distant horizon and confused sky above.
D. The curved slender stem holding the bulb of the plant as it struggles to rise as the sun sets on another day in time.
Ok I'll cut the crap........I just got lucky I guess. Could have been any.....................fish.
^ But Za thinks yer beautiful, man...Err, fish...
What more could you ask for?...And she doesn't even drink...
