Its a simple question. Please give 2 recent examples.
My personal opinion is that most Thai's are not, in general, genetically predisposed to logical thinking.
Have a nice day.

There seem's to be a correlation between thread's like this and individual posting style's, but I can't quite put my finger on what it i's.

Think it's more like cab + bac ~x/y<72000000 + retarded over stayers +- 1%
I think they are very logical.
Example 1: When it's lunch time, they eat lunch. (Can't get any more logical than that.) I saw people eating lunch at lunch time today.
Example 2. When people are not hungry, they don't eat. I saw people not eating today, yesterday and every day last week. One woman told me last week that she wasn't hungry. She was not eating at the time.
Hope that helps.
^ Seems very logical.
I remember seeing a Thai guy snap his flip-flop strap in an outdoor market, once.
He started trudging the opposite direction and his wife called out to him:
"Bai Nai!?"
He said, "I saw some sandals for sale in a shop near the entrance.
Stay there, I'll be right back."
Pure logic.
Logical and reasoned.
By what imagined standard?
Also, on days when it is hot Thais invariably remark that it is hot.
I don't think they are illogical, they are just nuts. But nice nutters.
Logic only works when you want it to; and it's useful for analysing logically fallacious arguments.

Yes in the villages logic is just not there in the main
Cannot comment on BKK professionals I haven't met any
Here's another one. I've heard people say that Thais like to be happy. I have investigated this a bit when I have personally seen Thai people look happy. The people said they were happy. So, Thai people are happy when they are happy. Makes perfect sense, and it seems very logical that they are happy when they are happy.
You are welcome.
Humm ... I drink to socially relax.
Once I am socially relaxed, I continue to drink.*
Therefore, by definition ... I am illogical.
I know that, in buying a Lottery Ticket, instead of buying beer, I have a minuscule chance of winning ... but I still buy that (occasional) Lottery Ticket.
When I don't win, I drink to socially relax.
Therefore, logically, I'm both a loser and a drunk.
There you go OP ... 2 logical examples.
Am I Thai?
* Bruce ... pass me another stubbie there mate.
3. The women marry foreign men, get houses bought in their names, and access to the bank account ... or at the very least 5K weekly to, "take care of their family up north." Not so dumb.Originally Posted by Neverna

Took my thai driving test and each candidate went around the track one by one - never more than one car on the test track at a time. Of course, this is the very opposite of real life driving in Thailand.
I was required to drive into a white outlined parking bay - as found in car parks all over the world. However, I failed the test as I didn't realise that I had to drive into the box and out of the other end but park up before a yellow line that ran parallel to the exit border of the parking bay. This is also the opposite of real life.
However, both are logical results of failing to notice the cue to pay the 500bt bribe to get my lisense without taking the test, Thai style. They missed out on my 500bt due to my inexperience in bribery cues and I paid the price in other ways!
The only logical answer why that's made (handled, etc) like this: because it's unlogical
