Body believed to belong to missing “tom boy” found

Police found the human body believed to be that of a “tom boy” buried in an abandoned resort in Koh Samrong district of Kanchanaburi province on Wednesday.

The victim, 28-year old Ms Supaksorn Ponthaisong, was kidnapped by a group of men from her apartment in Nong Khang Plu in Kanchanaburi in mid-December and has not been seen ever since.

Four suspects have, so far, been arrested by police, including Pol Col Amnuay Pongsawat, superintendent of Bang Pong district police in Ratchaburi. Three other suspects are still at large.

Metropolitan Police commissioner Pol Lt-Gen Sanit Mahathavorn said Wednesday the exhumed body might be that of Ms Supaksorn. But it was yet to be confirmed after the body was sent to the Police General Hospital for scientific identification.

He said that the prime suspect, Pol Col Amnuay, had been temporarily dismissed from police service pending investigation. He added that the superintendent admitted that he ordered his men to whack the head of Ms Supaksorn to serve her a lesson.

The police colonel also admitted that he knew Ms Supaksorn but denied any involvement in her kidnapping, missing or murder.

The body of Supaksorn Polthaisong was found buried at an abandoned resort in Tambon Nong Ya in Muang Kanchanaburi at about 7pm yesterday following information provided by two male suspects in the case. Police were gathering evidence at the scene as of press time.

According to a police source, Pol Colonel Amnuay Pongsawat, based at Ban Pong police station in Ratchaburi, was upset that Supaksorn was involved in a relationship with another person.

Some fairly grisly pics here. Not much doubt about whose body it is.

Well that temporary dismissal should teach him a lesson then. Couple of wais and he'll be back behind his desk ordering another hit.

    Pol Col Amnuay’s office searched

Police on Thursday searched the office of Pol Col Amnuay Pongsawat, former superintendent of Ban Pong district police, to look for possible evidences linked to the kidnap and murder of a woman, Ms Supaksorn Ponthaisong.

The search was conducted by police from Nong Khang Plu police station led by Pol Lt-Col Virote Chanhom, the deputy superintendent of Nong Khang Plu police. It was not known whether any evidences were found.

Pol Col Amnuay was relieved from police service pending investigation. He admitted that he ordered his men to slap Ms Supaksorn on her head “to teach her a lesson”, but denied any involvement in her murder.

Two suspects, Niwat Sueythong and Poomithat Piboonsawat, were today escorted by police to Soi Petchkasem 116 in Buddha Monthon area for re-enactment. Both reportedly pleaded guilty.

A fourth suspect, Ms Kannikar Krumrum, a singer, admitted that she had an intimate relationship with Pol Col Amnuay, but was unaware of the kidnap and murder of the woman.

The four were charged with pre-mediated murder, illegal detention and cover-up of a crime.

The police concluded Ms Supaksorn was dead before being buried "as there were no traces of soil in her lungs" What is not reported is that she was buried in cement so why the poor reporting or was this fact ordered not to be mentioned ?

Well I know this story thanks to my Mary's Facebook, last night she showed me this story and explained what had really taken place.
First was the video of the Mother of the deceased possessed by her daughters spirit and the spirit is telling the crowd of onlookers that she was killed by these people and names clearly all seven. The spirit says that she was alive when buried.
Mary explains to Me once again that Thai spirits are very strong, and here's proof once again that if you kill somebody their spirit will come back and from the spirit world will make sure their killer is found.
Got it, spirits help solve their own involuntary death. Spirit cries out for justice.
Apparently the reason the Cop ordered the death of the Lesbian is because his daughter wanted to marry her.
Then Mary made the biggest discovery that was far more important than anything else in this case, the chief cop was found to have a mistress of 3 years that his wife was unaware of.
Now I know what's coming next, this is the end because Mary is triggered into accusing me of being the same, having a Minor wife ( Mistress)

Mary updated Me on further developments, apparently this Head Policeman had a mistress who was also seeing a lesbian, he killed his girlfriends lover.
According to Thai social media comments they think he should have killed his girlfriend instead.
I personally think he should not have killed her, he should have just walked away.

Court approves kamnan’s arrest in murder case

BANGKOK’s Taling Chan Provincial Court yesterday approved an arrest warrant for a Ratchaburi-based kamnan over his alleged role in the abduction and murder of a woman, 28, last month, a police source said.

Sanong Somsith, 54, the kamnan of Ban Pong district’s Tambon Lat Bua Khao, was brought for interrogation to the Metropolitan Police Bureau over the killing of Supaksorn Polthaisong.

Sanong was accused of suggesting to key suspect Pol Colonel Amnuay Pongsawat, 58, the superintendent of Ban Pong Police Station, who has already surrendered, to contact his subordinate, Niwat Suaythong, 32, to abduct the victim. It was also alleged that Sanong pocketed Bt60,000 as commission from the group who were hired for Bt200,000 to abduct and kill Supaksorn.

Meanwhile, Bangkok police chief Lt-General Sanit Mahathavorn has ordered investigators to speed up their search for evidence against a group who allegedly abducted Supaksorn from her Bangkok apartment before killing her, a police source said.

Supaksorn is believed to have been strangled by one of three male fugitives in the case after being taken away from her flat in Nong Khaem district on December 13, the source said. Investigators continue to pursue a romantic motive for the crime.

Four other suspects have been detained under court orders – Amnuay; Niwat; Amnuay’s alleged mistress Kannikar Krumram, 38; and Phumithat Phiboonsawat, 24. All have been refused bail.
