There is NO surge.
The percentage of troops added to the total amoung already there, is not a "surge."
The term surge is a political-media buzzword.
Second,
The troop number being added are too low to have any effect
long term, Boon Me.
Baghdad will likely be quiet for the next 2 or three months. The insurgents and militias members have faded away, and they will be
adapting to the new tactics by the U.S.
Expect more violence to being in about May.
