Well I did try and tough it up a bit by adding some motorcycle chat in the thread. And a knitting thread would be good we can put it with the broken down old sexpat thread

Yeah, and I think we should both crank up the rear suspension and maybe even beef up the subframe to cope with the loads although my loads will be from supercross style high flyin' jumps as the husky can do that sort of thing. Bring your goggles to keep my dust out of your face.

If there are enough SNAGS here I don't understand why TD don't have a section for pooves like TV has.

When you stop Atkins, all the fat comes back on!!!

    That's a fact.

    You body needs carbohydrates.

    Bollux Pat.

I stopped it and it didn't, though i guess I have never really stopped it because I haven't had taters or bread or rice or pasta for a few years now.

I was getting my carbs from 10 pints of beer a day but they've gone too now.
    It's a very maintainable diet.

Why do you need those nasty carbs?
get enough from veg like pumpkins anyway.

I had a full check up in the hospital today.

I have lost 3.2 kgs since I started my version of the Atkins Diet.

I have a fatty liver and my bad cholesterol is a little high (not too much), so we shall see what improvements I make (or not) when I go back for a check in 3 months time.

I had a pint of Guinness to celebrate!

The only thing that will need pulling out is bits of exhaust valve from your muffler as you ring it's neck trying to keep up with me and rigger.

    I've heard about those CRF's
