not derail the Obama thing I just think with GWB waiting in the wings and really being the only one likely to benefit from Nader's raid on the two party system. Nader chose the wrong time. Overly simplistic, but the world situation and the shit going on in the middle east is a direct result of his attack on the two party system, wrong time in history. There is time to fight to improve the system, then there is a time to back the system up to prevent disaster.

Had Nader sat that election out the US would have not have gone into this repressive tailspin, American soldiers would not be in harms way in Iraq and the next election might have been a more opportune time to try his hand. We all knew he couldn't win, we all knew the two party system is obsolete. Just wasn't the time. People today are dying that might not have, had he sat down and waited. Sometimes the responsible action is to not take action.

Nader is not stupid, did he really expect a different outcome? perhaps this is the Juvenile thinking Ray Carey was referring to?

If BHO is successful he could achieve similar results. right or wrong that is the reality.
