    re-entry

    hi,

    just received some not so good news from home and may have too hot foot it back home in the near future.my question is....im on a multi entry ed visa and my next 90 days are up on the 13 march,and the visa expires on the 18 june.do i need a re entry permit with my visa if i fly back to my home country and re enter before my 90 days,or will i have to get one anyway...not sure if i worded this right,but will post anyway.!

    If you're on a multiple-entry and leaving every 90 days which it seems you are, you obviously don't need a re-entry permit. Just come back before June 18th to re-activate another 90 days.

    many thanks...its what i thought really but was unsure if i had be back before my next 90 days were up in march..

    again thanks for the help,i just hope i dont have to leave just yet !!

    when one departs Thailand, the 90 days period starts again on the day of return.

    check to make sure your multiple entry visa and re-entry permit are still valid prior to departure.

    thanks....all pretty clear now,and yes,fakkin cold in wales so i am told.
