I recently stayed at my Thai GF's house in a northern province for the first time. It is a relatively new house with pitched corrugated steel roof. I commented that the roof needed wind powered ventilators (whirly birds) to flush out the hot air. The locals said OH NO that would make it look like a factory.
Has anyone else used these devices on their roofs?
She can see the ventilators would help stop the roof space from being too hot but I don't where start to look for these devices of a domestic size.
