Permanent secretary replaced The cabinet on Tuesday approved the transfer of Panita Kambhu na Ayutthaya, permanent secretary of the Social Development and Human Security Ministry, to be attached to the Prime Minister's Office.
Mrs Panita will be replaced by Wichien Chawalit, an official attached to the PM's Office.
Sources said the abrupt transfer of Mrs Panita might be in connection with the bidding for the construction of a new building for the Social Development and Human Security Ministry.
