he did certainly offer us a greeting, followed up by a 20 minute harang about how stupid a country thailand is. i don't know if he was having a bad day, but i was quite embarrased for him and nearly told him he should probably head for more intelligent shores.
He was also more than willing to thrill us with stories of the police in his pocket
