| ^If I had the Ducats I think I would. I've shown that place a dozen times, though. Really has potential as a botique hotel, nice (unused) restaurant, classy lobby, big rooms. It ain't turn-key though, needs a good 10 mil invested to make it shine. Think "Rick's" in Casablanca and you wouldn't be far off.
