| I had this place sold for 35m last year. Then the whole truth comes out; fuckin' Chinese buyers scuttled off. No way it's going to go for 36. After the Bank, then the squatter and a few other things the place will go for abt 40, still a decent price for it's location and potential. The rooms are being under sold and it is full in high season.
