| Property searching on the net Here's a list of Thai property agents. Most are in Bangkok, but feel free to add any more. Mr Roomfinder - http://www.mrroomfinder.com/ Geared up for westerners on a budget. Easy to use website and 100% English. Click 4 Apartment - http://www.click4apartment.com/ Easy to use and in English. Covers most areas in thailand that appeal to foreigners. Thai Apartment - http://www.thaiapartment.com/ or http://www.acuterealty.com/ Isn't so good at the really cheap stuff, but you can find some of the better budget stuff here. Good for expat places $$$. Bangkok only. Easy Horpak - http://www.easyhorpak.com/ Good for finding the real budget stuff, but the English language part is a bit limited. Requires a sign-up fee to access all the info, but they offer a free finder service and you can Skype them too. 9 Apartment - http://9apartment.com/ In Thai and English. Has a comprehensive search facility but seems better for those with a tighter budget. Bangkok Home - http://www.bangkok-home.com/ High end stuff for expats. Nakorn Thong - http://www.nakornthong.com/ Thai language only. Siam 2 Home - http://www.siam2home.com/ Not a particularly nice site and mainly geared up for house sales & rentals. English & Thai, Baht & Dollars. Friend Thai - http://www.friendthai.com/ A typical mish-mash of content for a Thai website. Thai language only. Home dd - http://www.homedd.com/ Average site, but the search function is a bit vague. English & Thai. Metinee - http://www.metinee.com/ Not very good, this one. Doesn't have many properties in their listings. Mainly Thai with smatterings of English. Market At Home - http://www.marketathome.com/ Very slow loading, fussy, messy site. Thai language only. Avoid. Thai Homemart - http://rental.thaihomemart.com/ Thai language only. Good if you are looking for somewhere very cheap and are Thai. Crap if you're not. Thai 2 Home - http://thai2home.com/ Thai language only. I've no idea if the property listings are any good, but they do have a 'Sexy of the Day' page, so it's not all bad. Hamptons - http://www.hamptons.co.th/ High end stuff for expats on a package. English language. Home & I - http://www.homeandi.com/ Virtually all Thai language. Seems geared up for Thais looking to buy land or a house. Don't waste your time with this one. Thai Home Guide - http://www.thaihomeguide.com/ There is a nice little Union Jack for the English speaking of us, but it doesn't work. Shame really, as this looks like it could be a useful site. Worth getting a Thai to look at. Baan 2 U - http://www.baan2u.com/ A nice looking site, but thai language only. Again, worth investigating. Baan Chao - http://www.baanchao.com/ This one is in both English & Thai, but doesn't seem to have many properties on its books. Doo Barn - http://www.doobarn.com/ A Thai language site that is biased towards sales rather than rentals. Slow loading. Hunsa Plaza - http://plaza.hunsa.com/ A typical Thai webboard that will sell anything. Thai language only. Avoid. Thai Rent - http://www.thairent.com/ Another typical Thai webboard that will sell anything. Thai language only. Avoid, unless you want to rent an eagle. Residence for Rent - http://www.residenceforrent.com/ Not a bad site and it's in English. A few bargains on there that you might not see on other sites. Worth a look. Savvy Property - http://www.savvy-property.com/ Their website is down for renovations. Due to be back this month (June), but it'll probably be sometime next year. Property Next Station - http://www.propertynextstation.com/ Designed to help people find a place near the BTS/MRTA, I couldn't help but be underwhelmed by this one. Only 3700 visitors in 6 years says something too. In english. Best Home 104 - http://www.besthome104.com/ Another site catering to expats with lots of money. English language. CK Property - http://www.ck-property.com/ This site caters for both English and German speaking expats with lots of money. 4th Dimension Properties - http://www.4dproperties.com/ If you're looking for individually, architect designed homes, then look no further. Metta Real Estate Consultants - http://www.mettasiamproperty.com/ In english, but geared up for top end rentals and sales. KK Easy Home - http://www.kkeasyhome.com/ Specialists in mid-range property and in English. Multiple Listing Service - http://www.mlsthai.com/eng/default.asp
Thai and English. Specialists in Auctions and property held by banks. Worth a look if you're after a condo to buy. Mid range rentals too.

Why is it, you can wait an eternity for a bus, only for three to arrive at the same time?
