| Having owned and run a business for 3 years here all I can say is don't do it without having lived here for a while. The odds are stacked against you if you follow all the proper channels. And if you actually make a go of it and make some money your landlord will extort "key money" to renew a lease and make exorbitant rent increases.
In one word "forgetaboutit".
There is money to be made here but in the long run the foreigner will get the short stick.
If you're just interested in throwing money away then you'll find many willing to assist you.
