I do not know if it has been mentioned, but supposedly when the square faced one was PM, he had 30 or so house plans drawn up and put on the web free for anyone to download. These plans are suppose to be able to be legally built in all provinces in Thailand. All of the plans are bassed on the Thai building style. I downloaded the design I liked and took
them to a printer in Pattaya who does blueprints and had 2 sets printed. It seems like there are about 12 to 14 sheets.
Everything is included, foundations, walls, roof, plumbing, electrical.
