Well spotted. Like I said, I'm still tinkering with it and I'm in no hurry. With floorplanner you can drag anything in your design around until it fits the bill ....nothing is set in stone ( or concrete ) yet. From previous building experiences in Thailand I reckon being on site during construction is another must.
